Helios is valet parking management software for valet operators at hotels, restaurants, car dealerships, and events. It handles digital vehicle check-in and ticketing, customer SMS notifications, online payments, and real-time reporting — all from one dashboard.
Helios sends only transactional, service-related text messages about a customer's own vehicle: a check-in confirmation when the car is dropped off, a notification when the car is ready, a secure payment link, and a payment confirmation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent is collected in person. Before taking a phone number, the valet attendant informs the customer that they will receive text updates about their vehicle. A number is only entered into Helios after the customer agrees, and every message identifies the valet operator and includes opt-out instructions.
Customers can reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately and automatically, and reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are limited to a few per visit and relate only to the customer's active vehicle.
Messages are sent on behalf of the valet operator and clearly identify them, with "powered by Helios Valet." For example: "The Grand Hotel (powered by Helios Valet): Ticket #128 — your Toyota Camry is ready."
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled with role-based permissions, and every action is logged. Phone numbers are used only to send service updates about the customer's vehicle and are never sold or shared for marketing.
