Helios ("Helios," "we," "us"), a product of NomadLab Studios, provides valet parking management software used by valet operators at hotels, restaurants, and dealerships. We collect information needed to provide our services, including:
- Contact details such as name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Vehicle details (make, model, color, license plate) captured at valet check-in.
- Customer phone numbers and consent records provided by valet operators using Helios.
- Message and payment metadata necessary to deliver service updates and receipts.
- Usage and device data to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Consent and SMS communications
Helios is built around explicit, opt-in consent. We only facilitate transactional text messages about a customer's own vehicle — check-in confirmations, ready-for-pickup alerts, payment links, and receipts — to recipients who have agreed in person to receive them. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and opt-out requests are honored automatically. Message and data rates may apply.
